Recycling is NOT the solution.
-Because Recycling Facilities are overwhelmed by so many different kinds of plastic, they can not all recycle properly, it costs a lot of money and also overwhelmed by the volume of the waste.
-China used to be the “world’s garbage dump”, by importing about half of the globe’s plastics and paper products. They put an end to this in January 2018; plastic waste is now piling up in western countries and there’s no sustainable solution to this, only landfills or burning.
What can we do ?
We can't fix the plastic waste crisis
overnight.
But as individuals, we can begin making a positive impact TODAY
by beginning
our low impact journeys.

What is exactly Zero Waste?
Zero Waste is a philosophy that encourages the redesign of resource life cycles so that all products are reused.
As Zero Waste is more an ideal or horizon than a target the movement provides us with principles for eliminating waste. Environmental change is needed and as consumer you can start yourself by using your buying power to speed up closing the loops.
Zero Waste means designing and managing products and processes to systematically avoid and eliminate the volume and toxicity of waste and materials, conserve and recover all resources, and not burn or bury them
